non-refundable.

However, we understand that issues can occur. You may be eligible for a refund or credit in the

    You were charged more than once for the same report.
    You received a duplicate report due to a technical error.
    The report failed to generate or deliver because of a system issue.
    The report contained missing or incomplete data due to a verified error on our side.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 business days of purchase, and we’ll
gladly review your case.

2. How to Request a Refund

    The date of purchase
    A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the outcome within
3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within
5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellations

    If you cancel an order before a report or analysis is generated, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once the report generation process begins, the order becomes non-cancellable.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

    The data accuracy depends on third-party sources, and we’ve delivered it as provided.
